I’m Echo — the reason GenPets exists.

Once upon a time, my mom brought home a lot of treats.
They looked tasty.
They smelled okay.
But something felt… off.

Too many weird ingredients.
Too many labels she couldn’t pronounce.
Too many “treats” that didn’t actually treat my tummy very well. 🐕‍🦺

So my mom did what dog-moms do best — she questioned everything.

She read labels.
She asked why.
She wondered why my food didn’t get the same care as hers.

And one day, she said:
“If it’s not good enough for Echo, it’s not good enough for any dog.”

When Echo came into my life, he wasn’t the first dog I had loved.
But he changed the way I looked at pet care.

Growing up, the dogs in my home were cared for with love by my mother. Back then, I never questioned what went into their food. Love felt like enough.

Over time, that changed.

When Echo came into my life, he wasn’t the first dog I had loved — but he changed the way I looked at pet care.

The dogs of my childhood were cared for with love by my mother, long before I paid attention to the details. Over time, that perspective shifted, especially when it came to food.

I began reading pet food and treats labels more closely. What I discovered didn’t feel right — unclear ingredients, unnecessary additives, and very little transparency.

So I decided to build GenPets differently.

GenPets was born from a simple belief.
Pet nutrition should be clean, honest, and easy to trust.

No shortcuts.
No hidden ingredients.
No confusion.

Just real food, made with care.

Better protein.
Better quality.
Ingredients you can actually understand.
